Issues with online AR-11 and Pending Appln address change

My spouse and I both changed our address online (AR -11 and pending application). We both got our online confirmations. But only she got her postal mail confirmation. I have not got it yet.

My online case status shows, mail sent to old address returned undeliverable, call USCIS to update address. When I called them they insist there is nothing they could do about it as long as the address is changed.

Any way to proceed in this matter.

We also did our online AR11 this week. We got email notifications as well as LUD changed on our 485. Didn't you got changes in LUD and emails?

That should be good enough.

We have changed adress online on pending 485 applications, we did not receive email cofirmation on 485 and there is no LUD changes.

We have changed addres online on pending 485 application. After how may days USCIS sent confirmation letter?
 
Address changes==? in pending case transfering?

Hello friends,

My 485 is in pending at Texas Center [NIW is approved], Right now my PD has just turn into current.[I use my friend's address] I moved to Michigan. Now if I inform INS with my new address in Michigan, will my in pending 485 case be transfered to Nebraska?


If so then I am worrying about the possible delay due to the case transfer and may be caught into the PD data issue again.

we have changed address online on April 21, 2007 for me, spouse and son. Then on may 10,2007 me and my spouse gave FP. On May 19, 2007 LUD has changed and our PD is not current.

Do you think this LUD simething to do with FP? We have not received address change confirmation yet. My case is at TSC. Any guess what is going on??

I was wondering if one uses a friend's address -- does it screw up the background check with USCIS.

I own couple of rental homes .. and before renting I do background check and credit checks of tenants. I get detail information about them .. like where they lived, worked there payment history etc.

USCIS can do it in seconds -- what happens if they come to know you are actullay living in a ghost address?

Hi,

I changed addresses for myself and spouse online on March 07. We got online confirmations and after a week or so got confirmations by mail. I don't remember if there was LUD for online address change because two days after the address change our cases were transfered from VSC to TSC. We expected everything regarding address change was taken care off. Two weeks back I received FP notice but NOT for spouse. We kept wondering why because the previous two FPs we both got at the same time. My attorney said both FPs may not come at the same time (an easy answer for them without doing any work). Last week there was an email from USCIS saying that my spouse's FP notice was returned undeliverable. So we called USCIS and gave the new address for wife. No idea why online didn't change my spouse's address.

Bottom line is even if you give online address change and get online and mail confirmations it's better to call USCIS after a few weeks and check if the address change has been done properly on all pending applications.

After address change ONLY I received the transfer notice.

On April 20, we have filed AR-11 and change of address on pending 485 applications online. As of today we haven’t received confirmation.

Do I have to call USCIS now or wait some more time for the confirmation?
Please post your experience, like when did you receive confirmation after you change address online.
