Issues on Security Check & Case Transfer

If a case was transferred to local BCIS office.. does that mean the routine security checks on that case have already been cleared at VSC ???????
 
No, I have friends interviewed at the center, and not stamped on same day because of security check. One friend is still waiting, he did interview in August.
 
i heard they somehow relaxed the zero tolerance policy on the security check... is it true ??? i know they used to assume the security check was cleared if FBI didnt reply in a month....something like that.. and the policy became very strict after 9/11 event.
 
FBI check section is still enforced

Zero tolerance policy with respect to documental evidence meeting certain criteria was relaxed, it not the FBI check.
