Hi,

I am working with my current employer based on a H1B transfer receipt notice. Now we have recd RFE on the transfer. To be on safer side, before my the RFE is replied, I want to go for another transfer and in case the current H1B gets rejected, I will continue with the new one.

1. So in this situation, what documents are needed when we apply for the transfer while the current H1 is pending ?
2. Will there be any issues for the new transfer as the case is pending with an RFE ?
