issued RFE yesterday

Yesterday night i got two emails for my case status.

On September 20, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

Could you guys tell me what would be above RFE for? What RFE details they are asking these days now? In how many day my lawyer will get?

good luck... u would know once you receive it.

in my case, i got a similar message more than a year ago - however neither me nor my laywer has got anything from those morons. Upon enquiry they acknowledge it to be an error, however they dont know how to correct the displayed message.

i think your case would be approved soon... once u respond to their RFE.
 
Did you/your spouse submit all the medicals? If you had left any, they would ask at this stage to go for medicals. Or may be they want to check whether you are still with the same employer, so they might ask you employment verification letter.

So, cool down.
 
Thanks Apollo_13 for cooling down. I guess we did submit all medicals for my wife, daughter, and myself. I am expecting it should be EVL, W2, and Payslips. Has anybody are in similar situation like

Is this normal ? Do they take up first primary and then secondary? How?

I received an RFE too..I was expecting an RFE for W2, EVL, etc.
But, I am asked to submit my birth certificate only which I didn't submit earlier.

In my case i have submitted all papers. I am expecting RFE for W2, EVL, and Pay slips....

Evening when i check the status i found LUD changed to 09/21....Yesterday i saw it was 09/20 when they issued RFE... What would be the reason LUD changed within one day?

I guess LUD change is for USCIS internal update. We may not get any useful information from this change.

I got the similar RFE for EVL, W2s as welll as legal status verification (old I-20s).

My lawyer received RFE one day after the message changed online, I also received my own copy the day after.

Good luck kiwistar for your approval, I will call up and find out with my attorney. Is your status changed? How much time they will take for approval once they got your response?

Mailing the RFE letter, probably.
 
I received an RFE on Aug 4th.... for EVL, 3 paystubs and last two years W2s.... just responded yesterday (a little late) .... anyway, my lawyer says that they are approving within 2 weeks of receiving RFE's..

will find out soon I suppose (or not)
 
How many days it will take to get RFE Notice? Will they post me a copy?
