One of my friend who is not using computer and asked me to help so just need post and see anyone can help.
He passed the N400 interview and waiting for oath. He might get oath next month. But at his back home country they have issue with some relative where they are trying to get his property (Land). He has given power or attorney to manage property now they sold to someone and now buyer party trying to threaten him that they will file case in court in back home and back home government will

Just need to find out. How that effect to my friend case until he get Oath if his back home country send some court case paper. What effect after he become citizen. Will he has issue with US Citizen? This is just property related issue that his relative trying to get from him.

My friend did not sign anything that he got any money for property sold by his relative to buyer.

Any comment?

That is an issue specific to the laws of the country he's dealing with. His naturalization in the US may have no effect whatsoever on what happens with his property there, or it may result in him losing his original citizenship and also losing his property rights in that country. Or something in between. Without you telling us the specific country, we cannot give you any useful information.

Hi

He is from India. He has concern that Buyer of property go to some court and issue court paper sent to Immigration(USA) to send him to India and force him to sign document to sell property. He got some money from his relative when he gave power of attorney. And Money does not give to him directly. Some of other relative got money and deposited to his father account.

So now before oath Indian court sent document about case to Immigration in USA. Will this affect his oath and N-400 application? He still not got any document from Indian Court. Just he got threaten call from buyer from India. That they will go high court and get order to send him to India.

US Immigration authorities will not get involved in a property dispute in another country. Whatever the Indian courts or lawyers send to the US government about this will be ignored, unless there are criminal charges and they request extradition.

hi

He does not have done any criminal things because he is in USA last 15 years and last 8 years never been in India. Only issue with his property and relative is behind to get and sold out. So they are threaten him by calling and tell him they will go to High court and file case against him.

Then he has nothing to worry about as far as US immigration is concerned. His only worry is the potential loss of money or land in India.
