issue with box 29 in DS 156 .....

Hi,
i filled out the ds 156 form (for chennai consulate) in box 29 ------ Have You Ever Been in The U.S.?--------------- i checked YES and i entered the date and duration of stay in us during previous visits (f1 and h1)
but when i take a printout of the form the CHECK mark isnt there anymore on the YES sign, anybody else have this issue? do i need to contact chennai vfs regarding this?

It is a good idea to contact VFS by e-mail. I had a similar issue last year, the consulate officials will ask you to update manually wherever necessary.

so is it fine if i take the ds 156 with that check mark on the YES box missing,? is that what you had done?
