I just received the supposed to be a magic mail that said my case has been approved, at the same time my wife's status changed with a message that says "a RFE has been sent"!!!!.

I am not sure why do they do it!!!. Any way it is one step further...

Thanks for everything this community has offered. I know the pain all of the 2002 filers going through.

Spouses generally get only two kinds of RFEs - Medicals and Out Of Status Checks. So it should be easy from here.

After you did your FP did your LUD OR online status change at all?

Even I did my FP in mid november based on my wife's FP notice though I am the primary. Neither of ours LUD/Status has changed. Still shows the "... application to adjust ... received on ...." status.

Both of our LUD changed on Nov 26th and said "FP received ...." but
it is not consistant, my AP and EAD application's LUD or message never
changed. You are there and wait for the magic MAIL(may be a e-mail too)!.
