Is W2 form required for Labor/GC?

I wanted to find out if one would need to submit W2 (tax returns) form for the Labor or for any other step in the GC process.

Nope.

You do not need W-2 for labor certification, but may need it at I-140 or I-485 stage if INS wants to check the salary paid.
