Is VSC closed today ?! AVM says callback during regular business hours.

I called VSC automated system 1 minute ago. Checked the status, waited for the option to speak to an IIO, but instead of saying "presss this to speak to an Immigration Information Officer..." it said callback during regular business hours. This is the message that I used to hear if I call outside 8:00am - 4:00 pm range. What\'s up ?!

Just called VSC.When asked to Press 0 to talk to IIO the AVM says "Our office is temporarly closed for an emergency"...Don\'t know what this means.

It sounds like the freeze has hit vermont and most likely reason for closure, Even I could not get through I tried after I saw the initial posting, funny thing is the line is not as busy as it normally is, I got one busy singnal and in the next try I got the AVM...
