I called VSC automated system 1 minute ago. Checked the status, waited for the option to speak to an IIO, but instead of saying "presss this to speak to an Immigration Information Officer..." it said callback during regular business hours. This is the message that I used to hear if I call outside 8:00am - 4:00 pm range. What\'s up ?!
