My spouse is a NATURALIZED citizen. She DOES NOT have her US passport as we sent it to a foreign consulate to get her visa stamped for our upcoming vacation.

However, she HAS the following
1) Naturalization Certificate
2) Passport Card
3) Driver License
4) Her foreign Birth Certificate (in English)

We have our INTERVIEW NEXT WEEK and she will NOT receive her US passport by then. Is it OKAY, if we bring ALL of the four documents above during the interview BUT NOT her passport?

I do HAVE my passport. Will I be OKAY?

Of course. There's no requirement that a US citizen possess a passport.

Sure. Why wouldn't you?

Achill,

You will be totally okay. Your USC spouse can bring the Naturalization Certificate as proof of citizenship. Not all citizen have passport. The IO won't ask for your USC spouse passport, he/she will only ask "proof" of citizenship, of which your spouse's Naturalization Certificate is more then enough for it. Make sure you bring copy with you. You'll be alright. All the best!! :)
