Is TSC Dead???!!!!!!

There have been no new approvals posted for I-140 from TSC for January 8 through January 15, 2003. Other centers seem to be moving along just fine. Can we start a new thread with the January I-140's pending here? And try to keep it updated?

Did you call the center? What about your attorney? I mean it has been more than 13 months!
 
I have called the center and we sent inquiry to Texas center after 13 months due..nothing happens. I called the national center, and told me to send another inquiry. The international services at my University where I work asked me to wait for 18 months...
 
What about your local congressman?

Sorry to be so bothersome but if I was in your shoes I would be extremely furious.....how about you local senator or congressman? Is there nothing your attorney can do? My sincerest advice is to make noise, that is the only way to be heard! And if they have lost your file then they should atleast let you know.

This is self petition through the university. I dont have any contacts to local senator or congressman..but I may make a noise to the international service of the university since they are handling my case to send inquiry letter to Texas center. Thanks for your advice.
 
Instead of sitting patiently waiting for the approvals, why not do something to jump start it? Nothing we have done so far seems to have helped, let us try and pressurize them into giving us our approvals. Please join the fax campaign, send a fax to your Congressman with the petition to work towards speedier approvals. For further information please click on the link in my signature.
