hello senior members,

I understand that the CSC is heavily backlogged and the local BCIS offices do not have much workload. So, CSC has decided to transfer pending cases to local BCIS offices.

Is this true? hopefully, it should help clear the backlog faster. keeping my fingers crossed - they should not lose files in transit :)

I also could sense the same from Project Kashmir's data from couple of months back .. more than 50% seemed to have been transferred .. though they seemed to have picked the cases randomly, out of order ..

don't think so Kashmir .. or we'd be seeing transferred cases approve fast .. that is obviously not happening.

I think, more transfers means only more interviews. Local offices are all full with family matters, etc.

Although it depends from one Local BCIS office to other, On an average it takes 9 months before one attends the interview.. Not very promising option.

We are between rock and the hard place..
