Fellow Members,

I asked my lawyer to do a fax inquiry on my case pending 485 case 2 days back.He shoots me a e-mail saying INS responded by saying my and wife's case under security review.& He says lets wait 60 days before doing another inquiry...
Should i beleive him?Can he get a response back in 1 day??

Strange thing is i am not from one of those special reg'n countries and read on.....

My rd is : Nov 2002 and i have done 2 fp in July Ist and RFE Replied way back in APR only.

4 people from my company(same job description,same countries) whose ND is NOV 2003 got approved last week.

There is no logic here ....Its all S.....T

Yes, it can be true - it's not uncommon for a response to be had in a day. Good luck with your case.

why don't you call the 800 customer service number and find out? There is nothing wrong in doing that.
