I am currently working for company B which has applied for my H1B transfer. Now I want to apply H1B transfer through company C through premium processing. If my H1B with company gets approved, is there a time limit within which I have to join company C ? I have heard from my friend that one should join within 30 days from the date of approval else the H1B will become invalid. Is this true ?
