Is this true that first they send RFE and then Transfer your case to local office

Thats what happened to me - got RFE (employment letter) and after couple days they received it - got transfer notice...

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

My I-485 was transferred from the NSC to the Omaha, NE Local District Office. I never received an RFE before the transfer.

well folks, if your not gonna give straight answers and make consistent humor to questions people have (no matter how obvious their question maybe), then it will put off people from this forum. People will switch elsewhere, in other forums where people are more helpful.

while there are plenty of very knowledgeable people here, sharing their experiences, .... eh moderators specially need to be little more helpful/sensitive. I'm not saying dont make humor, but just not so much, that the context of question gets lost and person goes somewhere else to seek answers.

peace.

Neither of my posts were intended to be humorous, or a way of saying that I didn't know.

Some cases get transferred after an RFE, others get transferred without an RFE.

I am still unsure what is so difficult to understand about that statement, or how it can be misinterpreted.
