Is this the ordinary sentence for RFE received?

My LUD on I-485 just changed this afternoon and below is the message:

On August 9, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 660 and 660 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Is this the ordinary sentence for RFE received? By the way, it mentioned "the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated", what will be the remaining time? Dose this mean it is with an officer or just put in another queue...? :confused:

Don't worry. If you search the board you will see this was a common message.

Stay tight. You should be receiving the approvals soon.
 
My status also changed to exact same message this afternoon.
we are on the same boat. Hope we get the approval soon.
