Got the following email with the LUD. Anyone has any idea what it can be? I am nervous.

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On November 9, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
 
Absolutly don't worry, you should be happy :D that they finaly open ur file.

It is called "RFE" Request for Additional/more information" and
It is assumed as last-part/final round of 485 process when "Reviewing-Officer" is getting ready (after collecting all ur FP/namecheck bkg-check blah blah reports, assemble it) and he/she has to complete last protocol docs (RFE) once he/she receive ur response, then he/she sends your file to "Adjudicant officer" who usually make dicission.

Common RFE: EVL, employment verification letter, proof of status, Tax/1040/W2/paystub etc, or medical if somthing missing.usually they ask x-ray supplement (when skin test is positive).


Also keep in touch with ur attorney and let them know that u are expecting RFE on his address, and if u think ur att has forget you and tired to see ur face around his/her office than make thanks-giving call with :D , and send a beautiful nice thanks-giving card :D and COOKED-TURKEY :D

Got the following easy RFE...Feeling kind of relax.

"Submit an original on Company letterhead from your current employer stating date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment"
