On September 21, 2004, we responded to your request for more information

Q1 .. What does the above means ? IS this RFE ?
Q2 .. Will I recive this letter or my Lawyer ? or the Congressman's Office.
Q3 .. The msg changed on my 3rd EAD request and NOT on I485
I did contacted my Congressman for help. .. I am = Confused at this time.
Usually when RFE is issued the following msg is delivered.
we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.
