Yes, it is possible.
My 485 was approved through VSC. I went to get my PP stamped at Cleveland, OH which falls under NSC jurisdiction. The officer asked me to cross my old address on the approval notice and put my new address in Ohio. I also called VSC and changed my address. I think you are fine.
