My Wife's PD is earlier than mine. I noticed now, looking back at the interview letters that came way back in 2005.
I'm Primary applicant and my Wife is Beneficiary.
My PD: Nov 2002 - EB3 India
Wife PD: Feb 2002
We were not even married then in Feb 2002, and she did not even enter the USA for the first time then.
We have been to the interview, and satisfied all the reqs without any issues.
Multiple EAD/AP for both of us, never an issue.
Will this be any problem now??? GURUS please..... Throw in few lines.
