Is this normal?

Hello ,

Our case has already been to our local office which is Norfolk, we have also received our interview letter; yet we just noted that our case has been *touched* 2 times!!!!! Is this normal?
Have others had the experience of their case being *touched* this late in the process?
Could it possibly be the name check?
