is this Medical tests requirements?

Can some one tell me what kind of medical examination (special name of the tests?) is required by the u.s embassy overseas when bringing spouse to u.s?


What kind of tests they usally wanted done before issuing a visa to u.s? blood tests? HIV or?

i am sure alot of you went through those medical tests and all this process, can you give me some answers please:)
 
They will do a blood test to check for HIV/AIDS/communable diseases.

They will do a TB test. When I had my medical this was done via a chest xray, though Im not sure whether this is now done via a skin test.

They will do a general physical (blood pressure/heart beat etc) and they check your sex (that one was quite a shock for me).

They will also analyze your immunization records and then transcribe these onto one of their forms.
 
what if you have high blood presure or diabetes?

does this cause any problems to obtain a visa?

what you meant that they check your sex?
