does the document mean the RTD itself?

Cider_or, how spooky is that? I have the same ND 04/07/04 for my RTD application. I checked my status on line and it has the same message. It means that our RTD is in mail.
I didn't know they work on Sundays......

hehe,me too i was wondering about USCIS working on sundays (i am not comaplaining) that's good news. it took 5 months for mine. thanks ukulele
