I am on EAD and working for sponsoring comapny.
I did some work for other company B part time for 30 hours.
now the company B is asking me to fax the W-9 and INVOICE for the total amount. What company B is saying that They will Pay the whole amount without any tax deductions and I will will have to Pay taxes.
( They cannot setup me as an employee and send me 1099 for some other reason)
I just want to know if this is legal. Please respond
