Dear All,

My documentation is now ready to go and the things I would like to claim are

AWARDS

1.Research Scholar Award by American Urological Association.

1a) Statistics: Average of 5 awards given to Ph.D’s (Table showing the
# of awards for 2007, 2008, 2009); 1 out of 6 Ph.D’s who received
the award for 2008-2010 period

1b) Documentation: Award letter from AUA
News letters from AUA and University which indicates
the Award

1c) Letter from funding agency research office higher officials indicating
the importance, significance, and criteria used for selecting the
outstanding scholars (pending).

2. Outstanding Abstract Presentation Award
At a joint meeting of both American and European society for basic
urology research, with abstracts presented both from USA and Europe,
my abstract has been selected as one of the outstanding abstract
presentation award.
Documentation: 2a) Award letter
2b) letter from chair of the organizing committee stating
the importance, # of attendees, for the meeting and
also the criteria for selection of best abstract
presentation awards

JUDGE OF OTHERS WORK

Reviewed: 5, have the request emails, and the acknowledgment emails after review
Denied: 2, I have declined the request for review for two articles, but I still have the email invitations

Editorial Board: It may take a month more for my name to be added to the editorial board of the 3 journals (Should I wait until I get added?)

Any inputs are highly appreciated

Think you should try for OR if you have a permanent research position. II would suggest that you wait for a month for the editorial position. In principle, you just need to satisfy 2/6 categories. Also, it would be great if you could get a 6th letter from someone who has used your work/cited your work and/or benefited from your work directly. It all depends on presentation finally. It is always good to remind your referees that the content of the letter should reflect past, proven record rather than future potential of your work. Good Luck!
