Is this an issue??????

I got my plastic card yesterday (12/10). But my wife has not received it. When I call VSC, the message for her still remains the same - "Case has been approved ...". The card for her has not been ordered so far.

My question: Is this the time for me to call VSC and ask them about my wife\'s card status OR wait for some more time? If so how long?

Anybody in the same boat.

Your wife needs to call them !

I had same situation and my wife had to call them. They had some problem with I-89 which got stuck while transferring the fingerprints (this was the reason given by IIO). But then, my wife did call them and she recd. her card 2 months later than me.
