Is this all I need to travel abroad?

Guys,

I have a I551 stamp in my passport valid until Feb 11 2003.
My passport is valid until Nov 11 2002.

I plan to leave the U.S. and come back within a week.

I am taking my passport (of course).
A copy of the approval notice (courtesy copy).
NY Drivers licence.

Is there anything else I need?

All I used was the I-551 stamp in my passport

I was outside the country for approx. a month and both my wife and I came back into the country with just the I-551. We didn\'t have any problems. Port of entry was SFO airport.

Do you want to drive or use your drivers licence as a piece of id?

I have rented cars and driven in Europe, Argentina and Canada. But I have never committed any traffic violations, so I don\'t know how the cops treat a case like this. I guess you will have to pay on the spot.
