Is this a RFE?

Hi all,

I called USCIS to change my address last wednesday. On friday, I recieved two email from them and my online message also got changed to

"On August 26, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Please tell me if it means they have issued an RFE or it just an acknowledgement in respond to my change of address request.

My RD is 05/20/02 and ND 06/01/02
 
I also called them after replying my RFE on June 29 and waiting up to Aug 16th . I got a letter telling that my "Case is wating to be be reviewed by a officer".

Is that a standard message or they did really inquired about it and any idea how long does in this type of cases.
