Hello american dream i really appreciate your help for the immigrant community ,
I was wondering if someone can help me in my issue actually im selected for the dev-lottery 2014 but i made some mistakes and i'm wondering if these mistakes can denied my GC:
1 - in the begging i wasn't able to have a us address for the green card reception so i created a free postal address but it contain my name as a receiver i'm afraid that it can be considered as a sheeting ,
2- second mistake i mentioned i'm going to California but the address of reception that i have provide is in new jersey(and now i have another real address in new york that i should changed in the interview day!!) ,
3- third mistake i was an engineer student but i wasn't able able to finish my study so i want be able to provide a degree that i have mentioned in the forms
thx and plz help me i can't really stop thinking about it :(

These mistakes are not important - but you have to learn to tell the truth otherwise you will make yourself seem untrustworthy.

Regarding the degree, that doesn't matter as long as you have the appropriate education level that is equivilent to US high school. The embassy website in your country may be able to clarify what that is or post your country and education here and we can tell you if it will be sufficient.

That's not gonna be an issue my friend ! You will just have to change you adress at the interview time since you got a real one now.
And about the degree just tell them that you failed to get and just give them your reasons. And anyway most important is your high school diploma.
Good luck

The first two won't be an issue, they understand people may not have US addresses/these change.

The third one I don't think will be a problem. Although you obviously claimed to have a degree when you didn't (and the CO may ask you about this at interview) you presumably have the minimum eligibility requirement of a high school education, so you should be ok.

Jeez simon and vladek managing to post while I was typing mine so... Sorry for looking redundant :D

.

This is a very good point. Don't exaggerate things in the interview, be completely honest. If the CO thinks you are lying in the interview or worse, catches you out in a lie, he may put you on AP or even deny the visa.

For the academic education i have a Bachelor degree ,Thx guys now i can sleep in peace :) and plz if there any issue related don't hesitate for telling me :) :)
