Is there time limit on Child Status Protection Act?

Hi, I need some help please.
I'm not asking about the complex formula.
Let's just say that I qualify for the CSPA.
My problem is that it's been 6 years since my parents and my little brother obtained Green Card through F1 visa.
I was 16 when i came to the state and 18 when my family got their green card, except me. I should have filed a petition 6 years ago but I just recently heard about the act.
So my question would be: Even if I qualify for the act, is it too late because its been 6 years already?
Do you think it's still worth give it a shot?
Thank you much in advance.

Normally you have to take action within a year. However that can be extended if there is retrogression.

What prevented you from getting a GC when you were 18? At that time, the CSPA wouldn't matter because you were under 21.

How exactly did your parents and brother get their green card ... who was their sponsor? Your grandparent? Your uncle or aunt? An employer? If it was employer-sponsored and you are from India and still unmarried, there might be enough retrogression to give you a chance.

Are you inside or outside the US now? If inside, what is your immigration status? Have your parents filed a petition for you?

Thank you for your response.

18 was a mistake. I was 21 years old.
I don't know why I put 18 there.
But,,, my dad got his green card through employer-sponsored. we're from South Korea.
I'm 26 now and unmarried. I had e-2 ever since but I just went out of status. And I have been in the US since the entrance.
Should I look into it further?

26 and from South Korea? Now it's way too late. You need to hurry up and leave the US before you accumulate 180 days of unlawful presence and get banned from the US for 3 years (10 year ban if you overstay be a year).
