Is there going to be a LUD after Service Request?

Typically, no LUD just to respond to the SR.

I had opened an SR on 05/17, and apparently they responded on 06/16. I haven't received the response yet. In any case, no LUD either for the 05/17 call or the 06/16 reply.

Possible that you will get it today. Please update . I have opened on June 5th , untill date no LUD and response. Thx

That's easy - the customer service rep said so.

I called once 30 days were up (as I was asked to do when the SR was created). The rep first took a lot of information from me, then started saying that there was a response sent on 06/16. Then the system must have showed her something, because she immediately shut up and told me to call back 45 days after the SR was created. This is despite the fact that I was originally told 30 days. On trying to confirm if something was sent, she kept telling me to call back after 45 days are done.

In any case, I called again the next day and spoke to a different rep who did tell me for sure that a response was sent on 6/16, and told me to give it 10-15 days for USPS to get it to me.
 
I received the letter dated 7th June from Dallas local office on 15th June in response to the service request raised on 15th May. So I believe the cycle time for service request could be about a month.
 
Dallas...what was the response if you do not mind sharing?

I got a LUD on the same date as the date of the SR reply letter. I assumed that LUD was related to SR, but not 100% sure.

Here is the response which has been shared in this forum so many times: "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 to 120 days of the date of this letter"
From Infopass of May 22, I know that my file has been with the reviewing officer as of May 17. It has been only 35 days:rolleyes:
:D Officer is pickling the file and the pickle will be ready in 90 to 180 days according to Infopass; 90 - 120 days as per the letter from local office:D
