I called INS yesterday. A lady told me that they are processing
case 04/00. I think it\'s kind of just giving a reason. Because she
saw my ND is 04/03/00. But I saw a lot of people with ND 06/00 got approved.

do you know what category (EB? INDIA? PD? FP?) approved for notices of 6/00. Once thing I noticed that, no matter what notices approved, but the FP dates are still before 1/31/00. any comments?

EB2 NSC PD 09/98 I485 RD 03/17/00, ND 03/29/00. First FP 01/11/01(Rejected), second FP 02/10/01.

Called IIO this morning. Not assigned. Ask me to check back in one month.

Second EAD ND 02/03/01. IIO said it was assigned two days ago and estimated 2~3 weeks.

I really buy into the "processing by FP" argument now.

If I want to call and talk to an IIO, what number should I use and what is the best time for calling? The number that I have, (402) ... is always busy.
