Is there anyone waiting for Card Ordered Email

Hello Everyone,
I am glad to inform you guys that the long wait is over.
waitin4MyGc is NO MORE WAITING!!
Our (myself and my wife) cases were approved on July 16th and got the approval notice in a week. Was waiting for card production ordered email, didn't get one.
After 2 weeks, we took infopass appointment and got my passport stamped and we also enquired about the physcial card, the IO said that we should be receiving biometrics notice as stated in the approval notices. But we mentioned to her that we had already given our biometrics recently. Anyways, she stamped our passport for 6 months saying that we should be getting our cards before that. Nothing really happened and we were waiting.
After 2 more weeks I called TSC using POJ trick (by then I had completed 30 days) and I spoke to an officer. She took my EAC no. and told me that my biometrics were not uploaded in the system and due that they were not able to order the card. I told her that we had already given the biometrics, I gave her the exact date, time and the office were we did the biometrics. She noted down all the information and told me that she will email the card production department about that. With in couple of days I got the Card production ordered email, and last friday I got card mailed email too and yesterday I recieved the physical card.
So if you haven't recd. the physical card my strong suggestion would be to call TSC (POJ trick) and inform them that you haven't recd. your card yet.

Got approval on July 13 and still waiting for the card. customer rep or texas service was not helpful at all. what number did you call.
Its strange, my wife did not get the approval till now and just got the notice for bio metrics.
Few of my friends whose PD on end of 2004 got approvals after applying for renewal EAD/Ap...not sure why they do that

My case is similar. Got the approval email on Jul 13 for self only. Haven't recd. card ordered email yet . As advised on this forum, got PP stamped during Infopass.
Tried the POJ like waiting4GC and got the same answer that biometrics not available though had biometrics done in May this year. Promised to send email for card production but nothing so far except two LUDs on 8/20 and 8/21. Don't know when this all will end.

I used the POJ trick to talk to a TSC IO. Here are the details...
Dial 1 800 375 5283 then 1-2-2-6-1 enter SRC# then 1-3-4 then you will be connected to TSC.
Give them the exact date, time and the ASC office where you gave your Biometrics.. then you should be all set.

I would suggest you to call TSC using POJ trick and ask them again. BTW, when you spoke to them... did you give them the date, time and the ASC office where you gave your Biometrics? Try calling them one more time.. there is no harm in asking about the status.

yaa, i called TSC and finally got hold of a rep and gave her bio metric details. also told me that the information will be sent to card production department, let me see my luck.

Guys I received my card and notice today, but I never received "card order" or "Card sent" messages
Recd. the Biometrics Notice
Today I recd. the biometrics notice. Although, I had my bios done during May 12, 2007 FP, seems they were not uploaded although ASC says it looks fine. Lets hope this time, my wait will be over after this biometrics. However, did not receive biometrics notice for wife.

I tried the POJ and told them exactly when and where I had my bios and FP done and the TSC IO told me that since they were not uploaded, they would send me another notice that I recd. today.
Just want to get it over with this painful process....

Here is my update. I've received card today after so many calls to USCIS and so much of headache. I've given finger prints 2 times in 3 months and yet when I called USCIS , they told me they dint receive finger prints. 10 days back, I got to talk to one nice customer rep at USCIS who has helped me to track the details and got the card atlast...........I'll take rest now...

I got approved on July 16th, and am waiting for the card since then. I called the service center but they didn't have any answer for me. They advised me to go to the local center, where I got like 3 months stamp.
This week I received FP notice, so I guessed they didn't get my FP uploaded into their system as well. As I did my FP code-3 in May like so many others.
I'll be going for FP on Sep 26th (dallas) and post an update with what happens after that.

its even worse here, got a biometrics notice from USCIS and interestingly it is the same which was sent in March 07. We had already completed it and have a stamped notice to prove it. Any wazs took an infopass and the officer was not at all helping, this words were send a letter to TSC as there is nothing I can do. He did verify that biometrics are available in the system but will not upload it. We should send a letter to TSC with both the notices etc. What a nightmare. Have no idea how to get this thing resolve. Called TSCusing POJ and was told to take an Infopass and now USCIS asking to send a letter to TSC. Such a nightmare......

So I again called up TSC (every alternate week) and last week recd. the new Bio notice. So I would suggest calling TSC again and hope you find a helpful IO who can issue a new Bio notice if not get you bio uploaded in the system.
