Hi

Is there anybody who got I-551 Stamped in July at Newark , NJ and Never got the Plastic Card.
 
Give the national support center a call. They will initiate an electronic enquiry which will trigger the card order. Thats what happened in our case.

Calling the 1800 number is a good idea.
Also, I don't think you need to worry too much, my family stamped at Newark back in May and we did not receive the cards untill Oct. So relax... your card will come.

My wife's PP was stamped on June 13th but still no card. I called the 800 number and was told to call after a month. No status chnage as of today.
