is there any value going to infopass

recently i initiated an enquiry on my case by callling customer service (on 13th Feb).

I have not received any response so far and in the call i made to customer service yesterday the Rep told me that nothing has been initiated so far and connected me to the supervisor. It was fruitless since I kept waiting for almost an hour and never got connected to the Supervisor.

So my question is would there be any value in going to Local office by infopass and make an appointment with immigration officer to discuss this?

what is the minimum acceptable waiting period after the enquiry is initiated?
