Is there any student visa issues for study in canada during covid-19?

im searching for these around 2 days and didn't get any answer and i have visited and contacted.And they given the information that there is no issue ,so i want to confirm the things before proceed.Please help

As a temporary measure, if you’re in Canada and applying to work, study or stay temporarily in Canada, you do not need to give your biometrics. Furthermore, the criteria for the student visa has changed slightly according to their official site.
