I recently sent local Congressman a Privacy Release Form. Hopefully, their office can find out my case status for me.
 
It is just not fair to us!

EB2, 11/2001 PENDING ..... No resources, security check, etc...

Went to Canada once, was that the problem? Anybody here went to Canada also? US may think Canada bordor is related to terrorist somehow.

I am really innocent. Nothing wrong on our side !!!!!!!!!!!! :(

I don't think that is a problem...the only problem is USCIS....

Till I get green card couple of months back, I use to think what could have caused the problem....finally, I got approval without any RFE...

It is totally unfair but unfortunately we are small fries to take on mighty USCIS....

Though I myself know the pain of waiting but however I don't have any other suggestion other than to suggest to hold tight....

I wish everybody in this thread will get their GC's soon...
