Is there any primary approval, dependent still waiting??

spouse have been waiting 2 months, called twice, same reason: security checking from the custmer service rep.

any body in the same boat? has any way to do? any good way to call INS officer, not the customer service rep?
 
It is not unusual. Actually there is a thread in this forum tracking this issue. You may search this forum to find it out.
 
in the same boat. Kept waiting for over two months after the primary approval. Pendiing on name check. Is name check is the same as security check? If is pending on security check, does it mean it has passed name check?
