Is there any one waiting for EB-1 OR approvals with ND around August 10

I am in your case on EB-1 ! This is terrible

I have the following dates

RD - July 11, 2001
ND - August 16, 2001
Case Number - WAC-01-259-5XXXX

This is terrible. All cases filed under EB2 and EB3 are progressing much faster and we have filed much earlier and no signs of approval. Did you have a chance to talk to the IIO or did your attorney have a chance to do the same. Please let me know as this is absolutely frustrating.

EB1, RD: 5/17, ND: 7/31. Waiting. CSC is still processing Eb1 cases

mailed to CSC in late April (ND: 7/23) according to last
JIT report.

As I posted before, EB-1 OR, RD 5/3/01, ND 7/27/01, waiting.....

My lawyer has sent out two fax inquiries, no reply....:(

Please lets track ythis as a forum here for EB1 petitions. Also please give your sub classifications as I have done....

EB1 cases has been the biggest victim of INS\'s mail room mess
in the summer and 9/11 event. XXXX.
 
Just heard the AVM and it says a RFE was sent to my attorny. I dont know if I will ever get throuhgh

Just heard on the voice mail that my EB1-OR has been approved.

What does the AVM say in your cases?

How long does the AVM say it would take to process an EB-1 case currently? Please advice. Thanks!
 
EB-OR RD 08/15/01 approved as of 01/29/02

My I-140 petition to CSC based on EB1-OR is approved. WAC-01-257-xxxxx But I changed job last Oct. so I don\'t know what to do. Is there any way to revive this approval.

Have you received the approval letter or you heared in AVM mechine. Mine is WAC-01-253-XXXXX

Even AVM mechine does not change, still 30 to 60 days, reply is appreciated and are u from which country??
