Hi,
Is there any minimum salary requirement for the company to sponser a H1 B visa? When is the best time or time slot to file a H1B visa for the @006 Quota? I'm on my OPT now, It ends in may 2005.After my H1B is approved will I be on H1B or Opt?

Is there any minimum salary requirement for the company to sponser a H1 B visa? Yes. Every state for each job title there is a prevailing wages. You have to get LCA (Labor condition Applications) before applying your H1B. When is the best time or time slot to file a H1B visa for the @006 Quota? best time isApril 2005. You can not apply before April 2005 for FY 2006 quota.
