Is there any issue if we take courtesy copy for stamping?

I received the courtesy copies of approval notices (WAC 02-045) yesterday. But the attorney says to wait for originals before stamping. Any body faced a problem/clarification in the INS office for taking courtesy copy? Please share your experiences.
