Is there any hope for EB3 applicants?

What do the gurus here think. is there any hope for the EB3 applications especially the ones whose PD is in 2000?

EB2 is unavailable from Aug. EB# (esp. India) is available but they have thrown these in the name check bucket and I have not seen any approvals.

gurus, any idea when the name check request is sent or when the name check request is re-sent by USCIS if they have not heard back from the FBI. One CSR told me the request is sent every 3 months if USCIS does not receive a reply back from the FBI. Does anyone know about this?

Please post any updates you have from your conversations with USCIS reps., lawyers and so on that might give some hope to the numerous EB3 filers who have yet to see the light of the day.
 
Very upsetting..

I was told by CSR @ Vermont that they send request to FBI only once and that is it..

I also asked the CSR what if FBI messes up with your request. She said that does not happen. Very frustrating.. my name check request was sent on Sept 10, 2003. Still waiting .............. :mad:
 
Anyone receive any name check response or an FOIPA response ?

Has anyone received any response form the FOIPA request or a name check enquiry (by fax). I am planning on sending these and wondering if you even hear back from the name check processing center.
