Is there any body who's I-485 got approved after REF..

I got Ref on Dec 6th and INS receieved the REF on 15th DEC
Is there any hope to get it apporved
Any one knows any one who got approved from Vermount ..

My query was pretty standard - Last 2 months pay stubs, Employment letter and last 2 years IRS returns. Dharma16
 
MY ref received date was 15 dec 2004 and I have not received any results so far !!!!

I am quite worried and frustrated is any one received Approval these days..
in 2005 ..
any idea how can :I find out some info..
