Is there any Aug/Sep Nd people without RFE ?- please read inside

Hello Aug/Sep I-485waiters
Is there anybody with Aug/Sep ND and yet to get RFE.
    My details :
   India, EB3, RD - Aug 25,1999, ND - sep 15 1999, As per IIo as 02/02/2001 -No RFE , Under processing and yet to take final decision.
 Is there anybody with above profile?

My dates are pretty similar to yours.
EB3 India PD 11/21/96 RD 08/23/99 ND 09/14/99 FP 08/09/00
I also got the same answer from an IIO.
It seems it is pretty close because I saw a couple of approvals for ND 09/13/99

EB3 India, PD 5/96, RD/ND Aug\' 99 , FP 12/00, no news after that...did talk to IIO 2 weeks back, she said it will take 1 to 2 months to

Hi Corona and CRM,
   First of all I should mention about IIO:
      IIO is a very nice and polite lady. She allowed my wife and I to talk to her within same call. the status of 2 people
  here is my update :
   I checked with IIO again today(Though I want to check once in 3 weeks, I am impatient with anxiety). The following is the extract from IIO\'s conversation.
     No RFE issued so far.
     Still under review or pending and it is with officer.
     Visa is available for May 1, 1997(EB3)
     March bulletin visa will be available from March 1 onwards.
     Since still it is with the officer, they may issue RFE or review it or approve it anytime. IIO do not know which one will happen.

    I thought I will share this with you.

Questions:
   Are we the only 3 people without RFE in Aug/Sep group?
   Is this a good sign or bad sign?
   Do you think there will be anymore RFE in our cases?

Some folks with similar dates got RFE in Dec 2000.
So it is very unlikely that we may get RFE. (Just my opinion)

When I had called the IIO last month they said my case was on hold for visa availability and that it would be available in Feb 2001.

I called up a couple of days back and they said that the Visa is available and my case would be processed in the near future ( could not provide a guesstimate timing however )

Our RD Aug 15th 1999 .ND sept 8th . PD 11/96 EB3 .As per IIO on 02/06/01 No RFE & No approval???

Our Company Applied 485 for 22 people at the sametime...Everyone got their approval ( Even PD not current also got RFE??)except us.....it\'s frustating...

Just Spoke to IIO and she told me that it is pending and it would take 30 dys to get approved. My details are:

PD:Aug 1997 (EB3)
RD:Sept 15, 1999
ND: Sept 25, 1999
FP: July 2000
NO RFE.

How accurate is her answer(30 days ??).
