In the view of retrogression, as my PD is recent, my I-485 approval may be a long journey. I got my first EAD exactly, at the end of my 5th year in H1-B. Is it advisable to use the EAD immediatly, to stop the H1B clock so that I can save and use my rest of H1B time, if needed. Is there any (dis)advantage in it?
