Is there a way to know whether VSC has received my 2nd FP?

I am not able to get in touch with VSC and the person at (800) 375-5283 doesn't know about it.

you can call the FBI to see if they have cleared the FP and send them back to the BCIS

My status not updated yet

I did my send FP more than a month back and my status in website still is the old one. I also called the 1800 number, but those guys doesn't know anything about it or the case status.

The FBI no. is 3046255590. You need your A# to get the status of your results.

If on line is not updated You can do this

!) Call FBI and check whether they send results back to bcis or not. Once it is done then I would say 99% it is done.
2) You can also check in local bcis office (Which I did). Immigration officer must be friendly. They may not disclose it also.

Don't worry 90% of the times on line message will not be updated.
