My grandmother who is a USC is disabled and would like to have me take care of her. (I am 29 yrs old/unmrd/ not USC). Is there some sort of way to get an immigrant visa so that I can stay and help her here? I know normally you cant immigrate through grandmother but if she is disabled is there some way to immigrate? Or is the only way is to come on a tourist visa and keep extending it (Doesnt seem like good solution to me)

The problem with the tourist visa is that everytime you will have to ask for an extension until that raise a red flag, plus are you working?
By your grandmother as you are aware you can't immigrate, and immigration law specifies that is through certain family members and not their condition.
You can try to get a work visa like a H-1B where you can stay longer and later on if your employer wants can apply for your residency.
Good luck,
