I'm in IT field (Ph.D in Computer Science) but work as contractor.
I have more than 10 journal/conference publications, 3 posters/presentations, 25+ citations (excluding self) from top research labs and universities from all around the world, reviewer of more than 10 journals/conferences.
I can get several recommendations including one or two from top national research labs.
I'm planning to apply to NIW-EB2 (it is current for me) through a lawyer.
My question is that would it make a difference if I'm a contractor? I mean I work full time for my employer but I relocate to client location based on project and so on..
Thank you in advance.
