Is there a long line for getting FP done in Newark

How early in the morning does one have to go to get their FP done in Newark. I have heard that there is a long line everyday outside the Newark office. Please advise

Not that long

I had my FP done 04/09, the whole process took around 1.5 hours and we arrived there at 2:00pm(the time slot assigned to us on the notice) sharp. My suggestion, be there 30min before the designated time, and keep in mind parking will take you another 15min.
