Is there a general delay in USCIS Visa & GC processing time?

My GreenCard interview was scheduled for March 23rd 2020 but due to COVID-19, I received a letter from USCIS that my interview had been shelved to another date which would be communicated to me. As of today (August 4th, 2020), I have NOT received any correspondence. Is there a general delay in processing time? Should I continue to wait? Please advise.
 
Hello Mikey - It seems to be right about general delay with USCIS processing. My estimated completion case was showing Aug. 2020 and It is not showing that anymore and only shows that it takes longer than expected to process my case. I am waiting for my interview to be scheduled.
